UPDATE 4/14: Bud was discharged from the hospital this morning. He is making wonderful progress. Thank you for all your prayers; they are really coming through!

UPDATE 3/28: Tube is out but will need trach for the time being. He is smiling and communicating. Goal now is to get him discharged from the hospital. Thank you for continuing to pray for this special family!

UPDATE 3/27: Tube removal postponed till tomorrow. Bud is sitting on the side of the bed and getting stronger. Thank you Lord. Please keep praying that he is able to breathe without the tube!

UPDATE 3/26: Bud still has breathing tube in and hoping it can be removed soon (maybe tomorrow). His new pacemaker is working nicely. He is still In Harborview and Martha and family are very appreciative of all the prayers. They really feel God's presence.

UPDATE 3/21: Bud's pacemaker procedure went well.

UPDATE 3/20: Bud's surgery went well today and the doctor is pleased. Thursday at 1 they plan to put the new pacemaker in. The family is looking for a rehab facility for him to stay and get physical therapy before coming home.

Bud Morris fell Sunday and fractured 3 vertebrae in his neck. He is comfortable and awaiting surgery to screw the bones together. They are saying tomorrow probably. No paralysis. Hardest part is lying still with a neck brace. They think his heart rate was so slow it caused him to pass out. So they plan to put in a permanent pacemaker after the fusion! They keep asking him how much pain he is in and he says none! He is amazing. Martha and Bud would love to know we are all praying for them.
