Update on my brother, Gary McDonald-He is home from the hospital and nausea is no longer a significant concern. There’s months of recovery ahead with large lifestyle changes for his whole family. He is depended on by a lot of people at church, in his work and in his family. Please pray for quietness and confidence in God to be his and his whole family’s strength. Also pray for patience for them all and good relationships with healthcare helpers and doctors.

UPDATE 7/23: My brother, Gary, who had quadruple bypass surgery on Friday is still doing well with his surgery healing but has been non-stop miserable with nausea. The medical staff gave him something different which also makes him sleep. He is sleeping well now. Please pray for the nausea to go away completely and for him to be able to get to a point where he can be up and healing. Thank You, Father for Your healing in his body.
UPDATE 7/21: Gary is out of surgery, had 4 bypasses and all went well. He’ll be in recovery for another 5 hours.
My brother, Gary McDonald has bypass heart surgery tomorrow, Friday to bypass at least 2 maybe as many as five badly blocked arteries. Please pray for peace and confidence in God’s work as well as skilled hands for the surgeon, nurses, and operating room assistants. And healing and recovery.
