We have good news! Michael is doing better and after 4 weeks, he can now drive, and resume normal activity (I'll still be watching him!). This means we can travel to our Grandson's wedding next week! Thank you for your prayers, your calls of encouragement, and perfectly timed visits. God is Good.

Please pray for Matt and Rachael Fosket, my brother and sister-in-law. Rachael was just diagnosed with stage 4 colon cancer and is about to start surgery and chemo and all of the things that this diagnosis entails. They live in North Hollywood, but she has moved up to her parents house in Washington while Matt will go back and forth to balance caring for her and working and maintaining his job and health insurance.

Update from Andrew Loney.

Prayers and thanks that Andrew was released today back to the facility. His kidney function has returned to normal.

Prayers for the future. They received word that Andrew’s appeal has been denied by their insurance. They are being discharged today at their own expense. More info tomorrow. Please pray for the Lord’s providence as this leaves them in limbo once again.

Please pray for Lois as she is struggling with fear regarding some unknown future events. Pray that she rests firm in the promises of Jesus' protection and care. Please also pray for her upcoming move into a smaller apartment, a move that requires she do a bit of "purging" of her household goods.

Prayer request for Andrew Loney:

Andrew fell this morning and hit his head which caused immediate vomiting. He was taken to the ER. He is being admitted to the hospital. His CT scan is normal-thank you, Lord. He is still nauseous. They are doing tests regarding blood around his kidney. Please pray that Marilyn can stay with him at the hospital as they try to resolve this issue.

Please continue to pray for Andrew and Marilyn Loney.

This request is from Andrew through christie loney:

Today, Friday the 29th is the last day insurance has told us they will pay. We appealed that decision and are still waiting for their response. Our facility Cascade Terrace is working hard to advocate for us and finally got someone on the phone to let us know they can take up to five days to make a determination that means we will have to pay $600 per day that does not include therapy until Wednesday. The facility is looking into financial aid for us.

Andrew and Marilyn:

Thank you for you prayers. Please continue to pray as they were just informed that their medical coverage at this facility expires on Friday. It is critical for Andrew to have this intense treatment. Please pray.
