A friend from college reached out today. Her daughter, Taylor, is planning on making decisions that are irreversible and detrimental. She has asked for prayer, specifically that God would change her heart and reveal his truth to her. Also, please pray for my friend and her husband as they walk through this difficult situation. Pray that they would know that God is with them in it.

Prayers for my sister Vicky who had knee surgery last week. She does not do well with pain meds and is having terrible pain. Prayers for my daughter Hilary who I took to the ER last night as she suffers from excruciating migraines. Praise God I am out of the hospital and I’m recovering from my blood infection. My cancer markers are still good. Prayers for my kidneys as I have to have surgery again to replace my plastic temporary stents with metal ones. God is so very good and thank you all for your prayers.

Update on John

John has surgery tomorrow for the hernia. Please pray all goes well. As far as his neck, they are going to wait until just after Thanksgiving to do one more CAT scan and decide how to proceed. We are praying for wisdom for the surgeon as going back in could be more harmful, but seeing John in so much pain is hard as his wife.
