“Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God.” -Philippians 4:6

I am asking for prayer because I have had Covid six times now and it has seriously affected my health. I have a hard time even just leaving my house now and my cronic pancreatitis is not under control. They have been trying to adjust my medication to give me some relief, but so far nothing is working. Thank you for all your prayers.

Many thanks to all who have prayed for my recovery after my paragliding accident in Hawaii. I just had my second surgery yesterday and it was a success repairing 3 torn tendons in my shoulder. I had the best 12 hours of sleep after the procedure and am thankful to our Lord for His comforting hand and peaceful grace He has showered down on me. I have 6 weeks of recovery here on Oahu and will return home in late July. Looking forward to seeing you all soon.

My Dad, Ed Grant, arrived in Seattle late last night. He’s scheduled for surgery on the veins in his right leg on Wednesday and if all goes well, returning home on Friday. We pray this surgery will go well without complications and that it will restore pain free mobility to Ed. Thank you so much for your love and prayers for my Dad.

UPDATE 6/9/22:

Ed’s surgery went well. The surgeon was able to clear blockages which should improve blood flow and reduce pain. He got very little sleep in the hospital, but is clear to fly home on Friday evening. Praise the Lord for his continued healing and safe travels for him, his son and grandson who were able to be with him.
