My husband, Michael, needs prayers for healing, and comfort. He fell and hit his head, hard, resulting in a ride in an ambulance to the ER, and two brain bleeds. He is home and resting - no activity for at least 2 weeks. This is really hard for him to be still and also to not feel well. Thank you amazing CBTL prayer warriors for keeping him in your prayers.

Please pray for Andrew and Marilyn as they travel to Seattle from August 18-20 for Andrew’s checkup. Marilyn will need to drive their van that can accommodate the wheelchair. They need a place to stay that can accommodate the wheelchair as well as the sit-to-stand machine that Andrew needs for transfers from chair to bed, etc. Please pray for safe travels, all the logistical arrangements and that they can find a place that can accommodate all the above.

Prayer request from Christie Loney for Andrew.

From Christie: Pray for our son Andrew Loney please. This is how he gets around and super important for his limited independence

From Andrew: Please pray for my chair. A wire has been acting up causing the chair to shutdown unexpectedly. I received a replacement wire today, but it’s the wrong wire. Now we’re figuring out the bad wire is hardwired to the joystick module, which means replacing a $1,500 joystick module. Meanwhile, the finicky cable is getting worse each day and fiddling with it trying to troubleshoot doesn’t help.

Please pray with me for my friend Jackie's sister, Olivia, who has stage 4 cancer. Jackie's faith is strong and she is praying for God to perform a miracle to get rid of the cancer. Jackie is flying back home to be with her family during this time.

The two options given by the doctors were either aggressive chemotherapy that would damage vital organs, or to go home and die. Her sister is leaning towards the latter option. Jackie is hoping that her sister goes with the chemo option (this was before she asked me to pray with her for the miracle).
