UPDATE 4/30: My niece McKenzie is in Anchorage to start preparation for her surgery on May 8. She will be there a few weeks after to recover. Please continue to lift her up in Prayer. She is so grateful for all your prayers so far. Please pray for wisdom and guidance for the Surgeons when she has her procedure. Also pray they can get it all done and for her body's healing.

Thank you so much for all who have prayed for her so far and continue to do so. We are so grateful to the Lord she will get this taken care of.

Thank you for your continuing prayers for my niece, McKenzie. She has an appointment with the surgeon in Anchorage in two weeks to look at the lump in her lungs. Then her Thyroid neck surgery is scheduled for early May. She is in good spirits and feels all your prayers have helped her be at peace with this all.

UPDATE 4/23: Beth is doing well! She is now awake and breathing on her own. Her liver and kidneys are all trending in the right direction. There are still some concerns about her lungs, but doctors are waiting to see what needs to be done with that. She's started OT and was even able to Facetime with her kids!

UPDATE 4/17: Please continue to pray for Beth. They've been able to wean her off of sedation as her health stabilizes. Her kidneys and liver are slowly improving. However she is now fighting a fungal infection, some lung problems and there are concerns about neurological recovery.

UPDATE 4/11: Beth is being transferred to Seattle so she can be closer to a transplant hospital.

Please pray for my friend Jen's sister Beth. She was medivacced to Anchorage this morning with at multiple viruses and an infection and her body is not handling it well.

UPDATE 4/13: Steve was released from the hospital and will be treated on an outpatient basis. He is very weak. Please pray they can return to Anchorage safely.

Please pray for my daughter, Christy, and her husband, Steve. Steve was hospitalized yesterday with a heart issue. Please pray for a successful treatment for Steve and rest and comfort for Christy.

UPDATE 4/3: Thank you all who prayed for my great niece, McKenzie. She got her results back that showed Papillary Thyroid Carcinoma. They will remove the thyroid and the lymph node in her neck. They are very hopeful her treatment for this will be all she needs. She is very grateful for all your prayers and knows the Lord is in control of this all. Please lift her up for strength to go through the surgery and treatment. Pray for the wisdom of the surgeons as they proceed forward with the surgery.

Please pray for my great niece McKenzie a Christian, who lives in Wrangell 20 years old who has been having her neck swell different times over the past year or so. Finally went to a Dr. They did and ultrasound and MRI and sent her up to Anchorage where they did a biopsy of her neck. They did this over a week ago and have still not given her the results, they did say it might have involved the nodes next to her collarbone and lung on the left side. She is a strong Christian newly married. Please pray that the Lord will give her peace as they wait for the results. Pray the Lord would heal her or if there is treatment it would be an easy one.

UPDATE 3/27 from Ann: Bill's procedure was successful. So very thankful. Prayers of thanks and prayers that his heart rate stays normal!

Bill Lockhart will be having a heart procedure done at BRH in the morning. Pray that it goes smoothly and is successful. And may they feel Gods love and care.
